From February 9 to March 3, an unprecedented scale Chinese New Year's Pictures Show for Chinese New Year celebration (the Year of the Tiger) will be held by the National Art Museum of China, also this Chinese New Year's Pictures will be on a mass scale which is with the wide coverage and the very long time span (180 years which is from Daoguang Period of the Qing Dynasty to nowadays), coming forth many famous masters and many genres, and with very novel means of showing. This Chinese New Year's Pictures will display the strong family of Chinese tradition.
During the Spring Festival period, besides there will be 63 temple fairs and lantern shows that will enter the award of the “Temple Fairs, Lantern Shows and Culture Activities of the 5th Beijing Spring Festival”, the “Beijing Traditional Arts Show of Intangible Cultural Heritage” will be held in NEW YAN SHA SHOPPING MALL of Beijing from February 11 to February 20
